Shipping Policy

High IntenCity uses United Parcel Service (UPS), to deliver our products. Please contact us at info@highintencity.com if you have any questions about our shipping policy.

Delivery:
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground from Fair Lawn, NJ, and will be delivered between 5-15 days from the ship date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when we send out your order.

For your protection, all deliveries will require a signature. If someone will not be at the "ship to" location to sign for the package, then we suggest that the package be sent to your workplace, a business, or any location where someone can sign for it.

If you would like the package to be left without a signature, you may indicate this in the special instructions for your order. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages delivered without a signature.

Our shipping times may vary. High IntenCity always attempts to estimate the longest possible time it would take to ship your items; therefore you may receive your items sooner than the time displayed.

International Delivery:
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Domestic Delivery:
Currently, we only sell and ship items to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Your shipping totals will be automatically calculated, based on the shipping weight, and will be presented to you at checkout.

For your protection, each order is shipped fully insured. This cost is built into the shipping charges you receive at checkout.

Please note, that at the current time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes.

Notifications and Receipts:
High IntenCity will email you an order confirmation and receipt. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is sent.

If you register, you will also receive a welcome email, describing the benefits of belonging to High IntenCity.com. Including: Order Tracking, Order History and Newsletters with the latest trends and accessories.v

Stock Availability:
If an item is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you and inform you of the expected shipping date. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available. Your card will not be charged until the item is shipped.

Damaged Items:
If a package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of arrival. We will arrange for the return of the item, and a replacement will be sent to you.

Lost Packages:
In the rare even that your order never arrives, we must receive notification of lost items, via email or phone, within sixty (60) days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
